Kaleidoscope held a networking session under its Kaleidoscope Initiative Network (KIN) Program on 24 May 2018.
A large number of leaders of Professional Immigrant Associations, Cultural Organisations and Service Providers attended the event making it a grand success.
The event started with a keynote speech from Nilesh Makwana, CEO of Illuminance Solutions sharing his story as a migrant to Australia and achieving success in both professional and business spheres. This was followed by speeches by Mark Van Lith, Director of ABS Institute who informed about the availability of Federal Government’s New Employment Incentive Scheme to the participants.
Mahdi Chavoushi from Iranian Professional Association shared his journey in Australia, the barriers he faced and how he achieved his professional success. Ashleigh Brand, the Project Leader of Kaleidoscope Initiative then shared the Kaleidoscope’s work with the participants.
The speeches were followed by a lively networking session with the speakers answering all questions from the participants.
