About Dr Stefano Carboni

Graduating in Arabic and Islamic Art from the University of Venice and completing a Ph.D. in Islamic Art from the University of London, Dr. Stefano Carboni was previously a curator and administrator in the Department of Islamic Art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York – one of the world’s largest and finest art museums. He was responsible for exhibitions including the acclaimed ‘Venice and the Islamic World’ and countless prestigious publications of which are displayed in the National Museum of Kuwait.
