Economists are predicting that the West Australian economy is on the up, but how can you as a business leader ensure your business continues to innovate and thrive in this changing environment and leverage off the opportunities this new economic environment provides? Diverse talent has a big part to play in ensuring your business innovates and grows, and that your team is a high performing one.

Hear from our keynote speakers, who are leading thinkers and entertaining speakers on how to diversify the talent pool. Discuss how you and your business can gain real business benefits and continue to thrive in this new environment with an inclusive cultural workforce.

Also, learn how you too can become Kaleidoscope Initiative’s and Kaleidoscope Mentoring Program’s Employer Partner and access various tools, training and resources to develop your organisation’s cultural and inclusion maturity.
