The Kaleidoscope team are super excited to have the ABC news report on how the Mentoring Program is assisting skilled migrants with their employment goals, especially during the challenging times of coronavirus. The most recent cycle of mentees recently graduated from the 13-week mentoring program that provides job readiness workshops and pairs mentees with mentors who are professionals in the same industry/field.

Now running for over two years, the Kaleidoscope Mentoring Program has a 70 per cent success rate of mentees finding employment in their area of specialisation, after completing the program. Currently, this program is the only program of it’s kind in Western Australia where skilled newcomers are offered job readiness and mentoring support.
